I feel it is important to price your house "right" so we can achieve the goal of getting your home sold! (Did you know that if you are 10% too high in pricing, you lose 30% of the prospective buyers that would view your home? That's why pricing is IMPORTANT! ) You have to make the decision on that, but it is my job to give you the best information possible to help you make the "right" decision.

Providing feedback after each showing – I will do my best to provide you with feedback when your house is shown. Communications between agents is not always what it should be, but I will do my best give you feedback about your showings.

You will receive automatic updates weekly to help you know the number of times your home has been viewed with online searches. It also lets you know what other properties are listed and sold in your area so you can keep up with the competition and make good decisions about price changes when necessary.

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
